Choppr-standalone

Choppr is a source decomposition tool developed for the Calculemus-FLINT projects, part of the TNO Rules Governance Stack. The tool creates RDF data from input files via a user-defined set of rules. It comes packaged with a set of rules for decomposing Dutch law texts. You can try out the latest version at choppr.dev. An older, stable version is available at choppr.app.
